Our fees include the following:

• $25 application fee (per adult in household)

Yes! We offer detached garages on-site for an additional $100.00 per month. Select apartment homes have attached garages that are built into the monthly rent. All surface lot parking is first come first serve.

No. We offer leases from 11-18 months for qualified residents. After your lease ends, we can explore options and roll over into a month-to-month lease when possible.

Yes! We allow two pets per home, with the exception of service animals, and do not have any weight restrictions.

All utilities are billed separately based on your individual usage. Water, sewer and trash are billed with your rent each month. Electricity and gas are billed directly to you from the utility company.

A lifestyle fee is a monthly charge of $100 that covers Internet (Ethoplex), 5x per week valet trash service, and package locker service.

Your water and sewer bill will show up after you have been living at the community for at least 45 days. Your first bill may not be a full billing cycle of 28-32 days so please note that it will be based on when the first billing cycle closed out along with your original move-in date.

Absolutely! We love finding solutions for our residents. There may be limits based on available apartments and the timeframe in which you wish to transfer, however. Call the office for details and options.

In the event of severe weather follow instructions given by local news authorities. The community will email and post online any community-specific information.

You do not need to take any action to sign up for renter’s insurance. We will automatically enroll you in the Get Covered Master Policy program for $15/month. This program satisfies our insurance requirement and provides up to $10,000 in content coverage for your belongings. It’s one less thing to worry about during your move! If you would like to use a third-party insurance company, you are welcome to. Please contact our office for more information.

We require 60 days' notice to vacate for all leases. If your entered 60 days notice goes beyond your lease, you will pay the prorated month to month.
